The electric vehicle (EV) production line consists of multiple stages, primarily ranging from raw material procurement to vehicle assembly, which involves automated equipment and strict quality control.
Raw material procurement marks the starting point of EV production. It requires the acquisition of various raw materials, including core components such as plastic parts, frame steel, and motor copper wires.
Core components like the frame, motor, and battery undergo mechanical processing and assembly.
Components of different EV models—such as hub motors, front wheels, front headers, and shock absorbers—are assembled on the production line in accordance with standard templates. All components are installed sequentially via the assembly line to ensure assembly efficiency and accuracy.
4. Vehicle Inspection
After assembly, the EV undergoes a series of inspections, including functional tests for tires, brakes, and handlebars, to ensure all components operate properly.
