1.Air conditioning assembly line is mainly an automated or semi – automated production line that assembles various parts of the air – conditioning into finished products in accordance with standardized processes.
2.The core component modules of the Air conditioning assembly line are as follows:
-
Pre – assembly Module: It assembles small sub – components in advance. For example, it assembles motors and fan blades into wind wheel components, and welds evaporators, condensers and copper pipes into heat exchange components, so as to reduce the assembly time of the main line.
-
Main Line Assembly Module: As the core link of the air – conditioning final assembly line, it completes key assembly in sequence. This includes fixing the chassis, heat exchange components and wind wheel components to the outer unit shell/inner unit shell, and connecting power lines, signal lines, etc.
-
Pipeline Connection and Vacuuming Module: It welds the pipelines of the air – conditioning refrigeration system, and then vacuums the system to a specified negative pressure value. This ensures that there are no impurities or air in the system and avoids affecting the refrigeration effect.
-
Charging and Testing Module: It fills a certain amount of refrigerant into the sealed refrigeration system, and then conducts a number of tests. These tests include air tightness test (to prevent fluorine leakage), electrical safety test (to prevent electric leakage) and operation performance test (to test the cooling/heating efficiency).
-
Packaging and Off – line Module: It refers to cleaning the air conditioners that have passed the tests, putting on protective covers, placing foam buffers inside, finally putting them into cartons and labeling them. After the packaging is completed, the air conditioners are off – line and put into storage.
